Spark plugs for 1950 E27N Fordson

It looks like I have two different (physical size) of spark plugs in this tractor.
It looks like there is an insert was used to adapt a smaller size of plug?
Does anyone know what this is?
I'll take pictures tomorrow if required.

There is an insert that is, or was, availible that gave the spark plugs a little protection from an oil burning motor. I would be willing to bet that is what you have. Dandy Dave!

The original thread was 1/2" B.S.P. (British standard pipe) Adaptors would have been fitted to bring the size to 18mm which most American manufacturers, and later British went to. 18mm plugs are still reasonly easy to get. The original plugs could be taken apart for cleaning.

Hi. I have a brand new set of Champion C5 plugs as originally fitted. (they are still boxed) They are 1+1/8 AF and can be dismantled for cleaning the same for a lot of plugs from that era. If you look on the radiator side casting of the Standard N and the E27N there is a hexagonal hole in the casting. That hole is the same size as the plug. So if you were miles away in the fields and the plugs needed cleaning that hole could be used as a vice to hold the plug for dismantling and reassembly.
It might be a good idea for you to post some pics, cos I've never heard of an insert before and would very much like to see it. The E27N that I was about to buy has fallen by the wayside cos the guys son wants to renovate it. Bet he doesn't, Tuff. TC MTF

If you can see my email below, please send me a message.
I'll try to get pictures next time I am over where it is stored.

I sent an email to you yesterday.
I would like the plugs, but the postage would not make it worth while.
I have a supplier here, I just haven't gotten over to see him yet.
I have three plugs with that spacer and one plug that looks original.
The three plugs look to be smaller in size.
When I get the other two Ford tractors finished, I'll start on the E27N.
Cheers

I took pictures of the plug/spacer yesterday.
This one turned out the best.
It has what looks to be a smaller spark plug with a spacer/adapter to fit the spark plug hole.

I got the spark plugs out of the tractor yesterday.
Three are W14 and one is a C5, all Champion.
What I thought was a spacer is just the way the plugs are built.
I have the flat tire replaced, the plugs removed and the combustion chambers full of a 50/50 mix of diesel & Dextron.
Hopefully she frees up.

I did a little research (a while back) on spark plugs for the Fordson Model E27N.
I found that the C4 & C5 Champion spark plugs are no longer made.
The C4 is now a Champion W16Y with absolutely no crossovers available.
The C5 is now a Champion W14 with three crossovers:
AC Delco numbers C75 or C77
Autolite numbers 3075 or 3076
Prestolite numbers 78-8 or 78-10
The thread used for these plugs is 7/8” – 18
Reach is 5/8”
Hex is 15/16”
Heat range is 6
Spark gap is 0.025” for all plugs.
