This is Ferguson"s first attempt at a mounted plow. I think he called it a duplex hitch.

Did you see what the winning bid was for that lot of two unrestored plows? $1641! I nearly fell off my chair when I saw that kind of money...

Like my grandfather always said, "It's not what it's worth, it's what it'll fetch!"

Now that I've seen those auction results, I'm going to go down in the woods where I've stored my single-bottom Fordson plow and bring it a bit closer in order to keep an eye on it.
