961 Frozen engine

So my grandpa has a 961 I'm trying to break the engine free on. I tried just prying on the flywheel that didn't do anything then I opened up the head and seen it was full of rust. I then added arakroil penetrating oil and let it sit for a couple weeks that didn't do anything. I then heard of a tip for using brake fluid so far that hasn't done anything any other tips.

Keep rising out the old penetrating oil and
add new....most any light oil would help,
diesel fuel, atf etc. Put the tractor in
high gear and rock the rear tires back and
forth may help.Patience is a virtue in
seized engines...

I agree with Ben. Jack one side up and just give that tire a push forward and back every other day.
