Printable Diesel Wiring Diagram 2600, 3600, 4100 & 4600

Bern provided the original high quality pictures so thanks to him I was able to modify them with this as the end result.

Key Code says it's for the 2600, 3600, 4100 & 4600 --- Less Straddle Mount Cab.

Pictures lose resolution when posted to the board so use the link at the bottom of this post to get the high quality pictures. The ones showing on here are just to give you an idea what to expect.

First I cropped and oriented the 2 originals below:

Problem was when printing the background was too dark so using several programs I managed to get it to this.

Prints a LOT better. If printing in Windows select the 2 halves (Left & Right sides) > Right click > Print, clear the box at the bottom that says "Fit picture to frame" leave the right on full page photo. Set resolution to what you want I used 1200dpi.

That will print a 2 page diagram that can be trimmed and taped together if you want.

For the key code page select it along with the others OR by itself and do the same but a lower resolution works fine.

Thank you for posting this. I can recall reading through diagrams for my new model 4630 while trying to diagnose a problem and one little bit of information confirmed there are in-line diodes in 2 circuits just behind the instrument cluster. One of them is for the fuel solenoid, and was the problem. These are handy to have and the six volume repair manuals for these tractors also have wiring diagrams in them in case anyone is looking. This shop manual set is a worthy purchase if you own one of these models.

I have the Industrial Tractor Repair Manual for my '78 515 but the wiring diagram in it doesn't list it as being for the 515 or the 540A which is what the manual says to follow for the 515.

Bern was nice enough to send me the picture of the diagram since the 515 is the Industrial version of the 4600 I'm sure it will help when I start rewiring it.

Now my repair manual has this diagram in it too. 8)

HI, Wish the files were still located at the link you posted. Im trying to get my wiring straightened out. Ill try and print from the forum copies.
