Ford 3600 Front Blade Lifts/Works, 3 Point Won't Lift

1977 Ford 3600 - Gas Engine

New to me tractor, was used by the city for snow removal. It has a hydraulic snow blade that is run off what looks to be a Ford factory remote (possibly made by tisco). The front hydraulics work great, but the 3 point is not functioning properly. It will only lift if you move the draft position up, the position control does nothing to lift it.

I thought there might be a diverter valve, but can't seem to find anything. The fluid is full and I think with the front hydraulics working great, that is probably not a pressure problem.

Any ideas of where to start, I have a video, but haven't figured out to include it.

Thanks

I unable how to figure out how to post video, but if you search you tube for "Ford 3600 3 point lift problem"

It should be first result. thanks

How about your flow control valve on the right side, half way down the casting, 2" sorta knurled, plastic, knob. How far is it from all the way CW?

There is no auxilary service valve that I can see in this remote. It appears to be a ford factory remote as it is the same remote in the manual.

The flow control valve is pointed around 2:00. Does it the flow need to be turned up?

I have determined that you need to remove the loader. This will alleviate the issue.

I can come and pick it up to get it out of your way anytime you like......

Re-read the post. There is no loader, just a plow blade on the front.

I believe that the remote is upstream from the 3 point hydraulics in terms of float, so something could be stuck open in the 3 point circuit, like the unloader valve, or something could have broken or dropped out of position on the internal linkage.
