Of course we know the year is wrong if it is a SOS. But nice looking none the less.

makes one wonder what's going on there. air cleaner to carb pipe missing in first photo, but there in the last two.

SOS didn't come out 'til '59. It has to be a '59 by what others have said about the engine number and the fact that it is an 871 SOS.
