Ford 2000 RC Power steering

The Power steering reservoir on the 4 cylinder 2000, does it just push down on top of the pump, or what hold it to the pump?

Remove the filter and a hallow bolt will be found holding the reservoir to the pump. Takes an 1" socket, if I remember correctly.

I believe it is held down by the part labeled 21 in the picture below:

Make sure you put the flat plate with ears and two holes back on correctly or you will crack the tank under where the plate goes. Its not hard to get it wrong, I have found a few that way.
