Leaking fuel, appears to be a missing bolt/ screw?

That's not supposed to be fuel. That part of pump has oil in it. usues same as engine.needs to change at oil change. There is plug on bottom that drains and in front of throttle stops is another plug that's the full mark. Fills with hex plug on top of pump. The bolt that goes in there is 5/16-24 with cross drilled and end drilled hole along with tube with curl in it. Avaible from CNH.

Hole in question is for a vent tube, which is missing. Do not simply plug it off.

So i needed the bolt and washers, don't see a tube

It is draining diesel from that spot

Fuel leakage out of this point is very common. Without getting into a lot of detail, it basically means that you need to change your pump oil
more often.
