Everything was running fine, until...
used the tractor to jump my truck
Next day she ran fine, shut it off for lunch and found the generator smoking
Replaced generator... found that there was 12v on both wires going to the generator at all times
Battery is not charging
Generator warning light is off when running... on when key is off

I tried flashing the regulator, no change
New generator smoked today as well

Any help would be appreciated

Cutout relay inside your voltage regulator is stuck closed. This relay is designed to open when the generator stops charging so as to not
allow the battery to discharge through the generator.

A new regulator and generator are in your future. One more thing: you don't polarize ("flash") the regulator, rather you polarize the
generator. Take a jumper wire from the battery positive terminal and flash the "F" terminal on the generator. Once you see a spark, it's good
to go.
