Ford Industrial Tractor ID Needed

I am a new member and this is my first post. I need your help to identify the model of a Ford tractor so I can order some parts. I found the following 3 codes on the housing behind the starter:

K5012 - confident of digits, what does the K mean? I do not see a 6th digit for the transmission type

4G01B - confident of digits

C435487 - the 8 could have been a 3

observations of tractor:
6x4 transmission, diesel, original paint was yellow, PTO, 3PH, Ford loader has a mid front side mount, air breather access on right side (not top), 24 inch rear wheels, power steering is on left side, looks like pictures I have seen of a 420, no back hoe

my best interpretation of the codes
- looks like a 420 but does not match 1974 date as I understand the 420 was mode 1975 - 1978, I can'f figure out the K as the first digit of the model code
- 50 industrial chassis
- Diesel
- Trans PTO
- July 1, 1974 Day shift
- Made in the USA

K50 is the code for a 3550, when they went from the 6Y series to the 7A Stage 1 it became the 420 (KD1). Unit number is July 1 1974. Plant code C is USA build.

C435437 is a 1974 serial number, and as IanC has said, The C at the beginning means it was made in the US, and 4G01B is a July 1, 1974 Day shift Unit Number.

K5012:
K50 is a 3550. The 1 means it has a diesel engine. The 2 means is has non-live PTO. There should be one more character at the end for the transmission code. Have you looked on the under side of the right side hood panel, above the battery, to see if the foil sticker is still there?

What kind of transmission does it have? If I zoom in on your picture and cock my head and squint just right, I can almost make out something that looks like either an A or a K there at the end. An A would be a straight 4 speed manual with 4 forward gears and one reverse. A K would be a 6x4 manual reversing transmission with 3 forward gears and 2 reverse gears on the main shifter and hi/low ranges on the shorter shifter for a total of 6 forward and 4 reverse gears.

My guess would be a 6x4 manual reversing transmission if it is a 3550 with non-live PTO. Which would make the missing character at the end a K.

Thanks very much for your replies. As I mentioned in my post, it is a 6x4 transmission with a PTO. I will go with the 3550 recommendations.
