No, that has a special assist cylinder on the side with a cross under drag link.
The one on that craigs list appears to have lines going to a torque multiplier that mounts between the steering wheel and original manual steering box.
Looks much like a orbital motor with a output shaft.
My brother has this setup on one of his 601's.
