I have a ford 960 with a bad tie rod end where is hooks to the steering sector arm. Does anybody know where I might be able to find one

Thanks, Bill. I've replaced a few of those, but I never called them that. I learn something every day.

(quoted from post at 04:27:44 08/28/18) You may have an easier time sourcing the correct size Heim joint as I understand the stud is not tapered like most tie rod ends.

Thanks for the link Bill, looks handy.

Yes, the stud is straight, not tapered. and the threaded portion is short, so it doesn't hit the tin.
A few years back I looked endlessly for the proper one, no luck.
Check online vendors part numbers carefully. Some list one for the 900, but a check of their part number shows a standard tapered end....won't work.
