what it this i had order, 2 different PTO for this 851 tractor, everyone has been to short to my PTO say 32 11/ 16 but one came as 29 11/ 16 inch second one came 31 5/8 would not fit so could any tell me what the new number or aftermarket number to find right one..

Ford says this one is still avaliable 312428 Heavy duty heat treated or 310091 regular duty which is not available. where are you buying the shaft from? Sometimes you can find a good used one off fleabay. Whats wrong with your old one?

You can look in YT parts and they have one 32 and 11/16" in the PTO section. Here it is, you can call them also. Ford 850 PTO Shaft
