xle nut and all lug nuts properly tightened?

Jack that side up and rotate the wheel. You might get a better idea of where it's coming from. It could be something in the brakes or axle bearing.

Early NAA's were subject to a pin breaking in the rear axle,I think it was by the center section and it was likely to break the housing if it lodged just right.I
would jack it up and try to determine where the noise is coming from before it does further damage.

On an NAA the hub to axle splines are subject to wear. If you can rock the rear tractor wheel from side to side then you may need a new hub or axle (usually hub). The axle nuts runs down and tight on the threads without becoming tight enough to travel to force the hub up onto the axle splines.

This is a common problem on tractors where it has been run without the axle nut tightened properly. That is 450 ftlbs.
