I am working on a 541 diesel and there are 2 flexible hoses on it 1 between filter and injector pump and 1 return line from injector pump to fuel tank does anyone know if these lines are available from ford or any place else thanks

CNH -"Case New Holland" -the parent company of combined Case and New Holland now. New Holland at one time was the owner of the FORD brand but really don't want anything to do with old FORD Tractors nowadays. They are more interested in selling and servicing their newer line of BOOMERS and implements. You can go their web site, find the nearest dealer, and call first to see if they can get the part. Chances are it isn't stocked, but they "can order it for you" which means you are charged a 'service charge fee' and the part will be overpriced. If you don't buy it, you get hit with a "stocking fee" charge anyway.

Actually,
CNH does pretty good on the legacy Ford stuff.
Yes, you often have to order it in but they can usually get it for you in just a few days
I usually look up the part # online first then call it in. They like that.
And it's usually well made OEM stuff. Not the chinamaid crap you get from tisco, etc.

Not quite. Ford bough New Holland in the late '80's. Later, Ford sold their tractor division, including the New Holland line, to Fiat. Fiat was only allowed to continue using the Ford name for a few years after the purchase, up to sometime between 1993 and 1995, and so they gradually re-branded everything from the Ford line-up the the New Holland name. Fiat also bought Case at some point and moved everything under a subsidiary "holding company" called Case/New Holland. So now you can go to any New Holland or Case dealership and order any parts that are still available for old Ford tractors.

I guess it depends on which dealership you have nearby as to whether they want to have anything to do with Ford tractors any more. My local New Holland dealer started out as a Ford dealership back in the 70's and they still have one mechanic that is trained on S-O-S transmissions at their other location. Whenever I go by for parts I see almost as many of the old Ford tractors in the lot as I do of the newer New Holland models. Some are in for service and others are for sale, either as trade-ins or on consignment.
