I have had to rebuild the hydraulic pump 3 times. I did not realize it was a too much pressure problem until this last time. Do es anyone know why why I am having this problem. The pressure built up so much this last time it blew the O ting in the pump and I got covered in hot hydraulics oil. Any help would be appreciated

ow much are you calling 'too much'? What did pressure gauge indicate?

The only "oring" on 641 is in manifold. I have not seen the square seals used ever blow out and before when used orings they held.

Have you replaced the relief valve with an aftermarket one?

I've seen aftermarket relief valves that do not relieve at "any" pressure.

Your hydraulics might need adjusting. When I changed the cam pin in mine it wouldnt let the arms all the way down and the pressure relief valve started squealing when the handle was pulled all the way up. I think it messed something up in mine as I forgot about the squeal when I was using it.
