64 Ford 2000 tractor Hydraulic leak

I’ve posted on this before but forgot a detail. This is on a 64 Ford 2000 gas tractor w/ 4 speed trans. I have a slow hydraulic leak that I assume is coming from transmission because hydraulics and rear end seem to maintain fluid level but have to add to transmission periodically. The fluid leaks from square plate/coter pin. The part I left out seems it is also leaking from around PTO Shaft. I say this is because after mowing with bushhog plate below PTO shaft and drawbar look “wet” with hydraulic fluid?
Could trans be leaking out of PTO shaft & bell housing and I need to replace PTO rear seal? Or do I have a trans leak and a hydraulic lift leak as well to deal with? Again everything works fine and the leak is slow just thinking of when I get around to fixing them where to start.

A leak from the hole with the cotter pin on the bottom of the bell housing is a leak from either the front seal on the trans or something on the rear of the engine. Wet spot below PTO at the rear of the tractor is either the PTO seal or the gasket for the PTO retainer plate leaking. Two separate issues with two separate fixes.
