gas tank sending unit plate

I installed a aftermarket fuel tank on my 600 Gas Z134 and the tank came with a sending unit opening. Does anyone know where I can purchase a plate to securely cover this opening?

There are at least 2 different diameter plates and level sensors mounted with screws and on some Ford tanks no screws, just a lip that a spanner nut fits into and locks the plate to the tank. Ebay is where I got mine and send the seller a question asking what you want to ask before you buy.

First I?ve heard of a replacement tank with provisions for a sender. Who sells it?

There is a SAE standard for a 5 hole sender. Summit Racing has a cover plate for this. Don't know if it will fit your tank.

Actually there are at least 2 because I bought one off ebay and it looked to fit but the 5 hole pattern diameter was different. Bought the second after more research and it fit. Put it in a Branson 6530. On my '63 Ford 2000 I put in a solid plate with the spanner nut type locking mechanism.
