Thanks to all the advice and help from the kind people on here I got this tractor running. It was purchased as a non runner that has set over winter and wouldn't start the following spring. It ended up needing rings because water had gotten into the cylinders and caused the rings to rust and stick. Took very little cranking and it fired right up. It still has a few issues but at least it's mobile again. Thanks again for the help and advise.
