6000 commander hydraulic troubles

I have a 6000 commander. That runs great it has a new hydraulic pump up front. I have never had any trouble from the tractor l until the other day and noticed a large amount of hydraulic fluid coming from the rear end housing. I took the floor out of the tractor and found a vent where most of the fluid is coming from. It also has some coming from what looks to be a bolt on the top of the axle housing. What could be causing this problem, and where could the fluid be coming from? I have a service manual, and cant find anything in it that shows me what could be causing this. It does not take long before I don't have power steering or brakes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you for the help!! This gives me a place to start!! Would you remove both of them or just the one on the let side where it seems to be leaking from the bolt? At first the leak was just on the left side from the bolt then started out the vent.
