5600 power steering box fittings

Bought a power steering box but it has two different ports pressure port is
said to have 1/2 16 pitch and return is 3/4 16 pitch. Can't find fittings,
bought the power steering box from yesterday's tractor. Also not sure if
pressure is 37* for 45*. Return side has brass fitting.

Some of the replacement boxes have orb fittings on them instead of the ford banjo. One box had a jic fitting on it. My local hydraulic shop modified my line ends..... to work with the new boxes in one case and sold me the correct adapters in another. But they go absolutely crazy if you show them a compression fitting used for steering as they say they were never used and dont exist for hydraulic use???????

Gosh,, they are sure picky.

Helps to take the box in, with the lines so they could cut the compression fittings off and change them to an """approved"""" hydraulic fitting that the aftermarket boxes use.

Dont know if this is your problem.
