Hauled one in this week end the switch was hooked up wrong got that straighten out the Safety switch was jumped just above were it goes into the shift cover. I separated the wires it does break the circuit. I was wondering were is it tied into the circuit its not at the switch. I have not went as far as to check the switch for proper operation other than to separate the wires were someone skinned them and twisted them together it breaks the circuit when separated.
I need a good wiring diagram along with the charging circuit the generator does not put out
... Normally I would put a alternator on it the tack works so will more than likely save the gen if possible.

For those that have my email I would appreciate it if you would email the info to me... How to check the charging circuit would be of good help also I am not much of a generator man...
I assume those wires a hang'N are for a headlight switch it does have lights are a switch....
I hauled in a N last October got ate up by fire ants sent me to the ER... I got a few ticks loading this one up tractor haul'N is not a safe sport anymore... 95 deg heat takes all the fun out of it I waited till 8pm last night to do a little work on this one when I went to pull it in the shop it leaked oil bad out the oil pressure switch so removed it and put a pipe plug in it...
