Ford TW5 TW15 clutch swap.

My tw5 is going to be needing a clutch soon. So while I have it apart if I get a flywheel from TW15 and all Associated clutch parts can I swap my 13 inch clutch for a 14in clutch?

My 5 has a turbo so I figure why not upgrade. Only real difference is buying a flywheel instead of just having mine turned.

I ment the only difference in price would be buying the 14" flywheel compared to just paying to have mine cut. Parts prices for the pressure plate, TO bearing, friction disk, etc are roughly the same for both setups.

About 1k aftermarket, but I have a line on a good used one that would need to be turned. Takes money to make money. Haha

If you have the flywheel turned, make sure that the machine shop maintains the pot depth. Not all shops are that careful about such matters.

Thanks. I have a good shop that has done a few for me and knows to cut both surfaces. My service manua isl even kind enough to give me that dimension. Ha
