Well about 2 years ago I had my pond dug out and let the dirt stay piled around it until this year and I hired a guy to build my dam up and out with all of the dirt. After setting that long it was still a little muddy at the bottom. And after I got it spread and hay spread over it rained a lot. Well it finally dried up enough that I took the 501 sickle mower I bought and cut around the pond. WOW 10 minutes vs 2 hours of weedeating! Thanks to everyone on here who gave me advise on getting it hooked up and adjusted. The 640 that belonged to my dad has retired to just having it stay mounted and used when ever I need the sickle work done. Thanks again.

Danny, glad the mower is working out for you. Lot better than letting it sit out here and rust.

Everything is good on this end of the county. Had cornbread, home canned lima beans, sliced tomatoes and fried squash out of the garden for supper. If a man don't like that, he won't like ice cream. Hope ya'll are well.
