Can anyone recommend a replacement control valve for the 730 Loader? The original has a port going through the mounting plate that goes down into a T fitting, then back into the frame. It doesnt seem to hold much pressure, it's not threaded or anything. Any help is appreciated!

That port going down to the frame is the open center return port.

Any open center control valve will work. If you're good at fabricating you can make any valve work by creating your own mounting bracket and re-routing the lines. You just need to decide how close it needs to be based on your skills as to how it mounts and how the lines might need to be re-routed.

Why not rebuild the one that's on there? If you're not confident in doing it yourself, you can take it off of the tractor and take it to local hydraulics shop and they'll rebuild it for you. Then it'll be good for another 40 or 50 years.
