I have a 3600 Ford that the three point hook up arms will not lower. When you start the tractor, it only takes a minute for the hydraulic pump to get really hot. I am thinking it might be an obstruction, but the arms are still in the upright position when the tractor is not running . Even if it sits for a week or longer the arms are still up. Anybody seen anything like this before?
