Ford 420 Industrial dash indicator lights

Ford 420 dash light

(1978 Ford 420 Industrial 3 cyl diesel - similar to 3500 - with front end loader)

My instrumentation panel has 4 indicator lights across the bottom: two in each lower corner (?idiot lights?).
The Operator?s Manual identifies only the outer two.
Lower Left is the Charge Indicator Light.
Lower Right is the Engine Oil Pressure Warning Light.
The OTHER lower Left light started to come on briefly while brush hogging.
Problem is I don?t know what it ?indicates?.
It looks like a downward pointing arrow.
I tried to take a picture but it didn?t show the arrow very well.
I?ll try to post the pictures anyway.
Thanks.

downward arrow is air cleaner restriction, I think inside right is blank unless you have a torque converter transmission

Does the arrow look like this? If so air filter restriction as JoeM says.
