Sleeve linkage

On a 63 4000 4 cylinder gas select o speed... I?m missing whatever linkage is needed to hold the sleeve that mates the output shaft of transmission to the rear axle. The round access plate would be sitting by your left heel almost level with the running board. Has a dip stick in it as well. There?s a bolt that goes through ithe cover with a lever on the end, holds the sleeve inside the housing from sliding off and tractor going into neutral. On the outside, mine is just bare ended with nothing holding it in place. Is there supposed to be some sort of linkage holding that arm still? My sleeve keeps sliding off and then I have to take the round cover off and pull it back in place. Anyone have a picture of the factory set up so I can make something or buy it? Thanks

yes - there's a small bracket that fits over the end of the shaft that bolts to one of the studs holding the round cover that keeps the coupler from moving - here's an exploded view, check out part number 59 - https://partstore.agriculture.newholland.com/us/parts-search.html#epc::mr55133ar397064bi1138916-59

I'll take a picture of the area tomorrow if you need me to -

Trying to add a link for the first time so please bare with me. When you say there is a 'bolt' sticking out of cover is it by chance a round shaft with two flat sides? if so you need #59 in the pic and that will hold the collar in place after you bolt it down with one of the cover bolt nuts.
