Ford 640 Draft Control

ot normal. Worn parts, such as cam follower pin, or adjustments.

s well as other wear spots, such as draft control plunger seat or bent draft control link assy.
 
Just a thought, is the PTO lever engaged? Does it work in POSITION CONTROL? If PTO is engaged yet no movement at all, it may be time to get into the hydraulic system.

PTO has nothing to do with the 3 point lift hydraulics on a 640. That was only true for the N series tractors (9N/2N/8N).
