I need assistance determining the type of pump this is and a way to rebuild it. I can't seem to figure out, it appears to be an EATON style roller pump. Pump has 153-5N cast into housing, this is on a 1964 Ford 4000 Industrial Gas Engine Tractor.

Would this be the correct repair kit for anybody knowledgeable enough?

You are supposed to check the end clearance of the gears against the pump body for wear, some are unservicable. You can buy a new copy of the pump body from JC whitney or fleabay for about a $100. Their search engine isnt what it used to be, you have to look through a lot of their hand picked sellers to find anything, I couldnt find the JCW one.The only difference is it doesnt have a flat machined surface for the banjo bolt pressure line. It may be a NPT fitting. Someone else on here posted about their installation. Heres the item number for a rebuilt body 232743324709. You might want to take a pick of how the tank comes off, If you put the thick steel plate with 2 holes back on wrong it will crack your metal around the holes. I would also order the OEM Ford orings for the tank.

Anybody have any technical data as far as dimensions of rollers, gear (diameter/length/etc) so i can check for wear. Any body aware of building new rollers out of solid steel or heavy wall tubing? I hear these are really good pumps.

This is a little off the wall but, here goes.
I looks identical to the one on my 1960-61 841D.
It may be a like a CONN3A674H and/or maybe a
Ford Mustang 1964-1965 Cardone Select 96-6052 Power Steering Pump. New for $65. I'm not sure of the pressure they can run at. I sent that question, to Cardone, waiting for a reply.
If you have the drag link assisted power steering you need 1350psi and if a straight industrial, you need 1500psi.
