2110 ford start and stop

tractor runs 2 or 3 hrs. then stops let it rest a while then it goes again .put on a new coil still the same. what is wrong?

Mine did this. I think holley carb was the problem. Would rake hay then stop after an hour or two. Changed coil, still did it. Suspected vapor lock. Fuel pump went bad (leaking into crankcase) so swapped that out. Still would just die when being worked. It got progressively worse until it would run 30 min then loose power and stop pulling a box blade. Dropped a Zenith in a week ago. Has not stopped since. Have not worked it enough to be absolutely sure but we baled hay for 2 hours and it ran better than before.

Don't go out and buy a new carb on my account...just sharing my experience with this sort of issue.
