Good day all . I'm in the process of a new clutch install and am looking for help with throw out bearing removal . Do you remove the whole yoke or does the bearing slide off ? The manual I have isn't very clear . Thanks for any help .

Take the pin out of the clutch linkage and this will let the yoke travel forward as you pull the TO bearing out. Knock the TO bearing off and press the new one back on.

Clutch linkage is unhooked , bearing not moving . If you put a puller on are you just pulling the bearing or the yoke ? Yoke is hooked to serious return springs .

Grab the biggest pair of channel locks you can find (like 18" or better) and rotate the cross shaft lever arm on the LH side of the case towards the rear of the tractor. This will roll the bearing and collar right towards you.
