I have taken the top off the lift arms changed o rings, pump oil from the bleeder on hyd pump to the rear end and the lift arms they might go up 1/3 of the way or not at all, I have removed the control vale to see if it was stuck still and still no luck the only thing I didn't try, there is a unloader vale front just above the cover that I couldn't see how to remove and the device right next to the control vale for the hyd piston looking for some knowledge on this matter thanks bill
