I'd say a version of the 601/801 industrial. It does not have the Jubilee axles or fenders.

Its not an NAA/Jubilee, I would guess it to be a 641.
That from the rear axle/toplink and the idiot light in the dash.

It probably sold. Rear tires and rims were junk, but it had what
was left of a BlackHawk snowplow frame on it and the remote
hydrualic valve was still there so at $500 or best offer it probably
would have been a good gamble.
