Going to look at a 7700 with fwd ,tractor has 4600 hours, new engine due to last owner been told was engine instead of bad turbo,When they had it apart they rebuilt the dual power rightaway with clutch. Needs cab kit tires are about 50 % all the way around. Just be using it for a haying tractor, very little field work. Sheet metal good faded but not rusted or dented.Previous owner also had front end rebuilt that's about 200 hours ago. Think I can get it for ten. The way it sits. Wondering what you guys think of the 7700 I just have the smaller version 5000.

Be advised that a 7700 with MFWD will take about 3 acres to turn around. In addition, those front end parts could be difficult if not impossible to find.

That is what I hear.

My 2wd 7700 has been a good tractor, but seems any front wheel drive axle over 10 years old gets hard to find parts for as they are all foreign, and the specs change often enough they lose parts support?
