Ford 860 Minimalist Wiring Diagram

Hi all,
Just getting back to messing around with my Ford 860.

The tractor runs well for what little I've ran it but every now and then it just up and dies (I think I posted about this last year and I think the switch came up as a potential culprit).

I know there are a lot of diagrams out there (as well as posts) and I've looked at several of them. I think I am fine but confirmation would be great.

Basically I want to know I am in a good spot before I start troubleshooting. I would also like to put in EI and want to make sure it's ready for that.

What I know:

It was converted to 12v at some point
I removed the intake and traced the wires. There were a lot of cut wires and dead ends that aren't in play. What is in the diagram is exactly what is in effect. I looked at my IT (like a Chilton) manual and it shows a regulator and terminal block that for me aren't connected. I don't know if they are needed or just leftover from the 6v/lights? I also didn't know if there should be any inline fuses anywhere.
I don't need lights or ammeter for now so I am happy with the bare minimum but want to make sure there isn't anything missing with what it currently has.

Thanks

That'll work.
Voltage regulator was required by generator. VR is internal on an alternator.
Nothing wrong with adding an inline fuse for ignition circuit but originally, only the lights were fused.

Some of the 12 volt coils need an external resister, too. I would get a new coil, 12 volt that doesn't require an external resister. It should say right on the coil, if it needs one. That will most likely take care of the dying issue.
