i inherited an old ford tractor. i'm told it's a jubilee but i have no clue what year. the engine needs work and i need to know what i have in order to get right parts. the only numbers on the engine are NDA4024B and EAE6015H. can anybody cross these to a model and year?

thanks for the help. finally found the stampings under a ton of engine enamel. it's actually a model 850 and the serial puts it at year 1956. so now the restoration journey begins.

Some early NAA (Jubilee) models had the serial number stamped into the engine block up at the top near the head on the left side near the front. These are small stamped numbers, not large raised casting numbers like the ones you already posted. The serial number should start with NAA followed by some numbers.

John Smith's web site is no longer available for reference, but it is available in the internet archive. Here is a link to his page on the history of old Ford tractors, what changed over the years and how to identify them:

The page is fairly long and the NAA/Jubilee information is about halfway down.

don't see any other numbers near starter. no nut on hub or provision on the hood for jubilee medallion so i'm thinking late 50's or early 60's era. it's an overhead valve engine.

i can narrow it a bit - EAE 6015 - 134ci 1953-1957

Does it have a nut in the center of the rear hub? if yes, that's a Jubilee

Look on the flat boss above the starter for more numbers STAMPED, not cast into the housing
