4600 Power Steering Pump

Loosing fluid from my powering steering pump over a course of time. Do not see any external leaks. Could it be leaking internally and if so where would it end up?

Yes, it's leaking past the drive shaft seal and going into the engine. At a minimum, a seal kit is in your future.

Also need to change the engine oil as it is now contaminated with the additives in whatever fluid you are using in the power steering. Most fluids that people use for p/s (UTF, ATF or power steering fluid) have additives that can cause harm to the engine over time.
