can anyone provide a source for internal engine components, at his point in the game specifically standard piston rings.

It appears that Ford-Newholland will be able to provide a head gasket. thanks email is open also

They modified a gas engine to make it a diesel. They put the gas version of that Tim trucks in that era. If all else fails get some custom made.

We used 223 gas rings in one. Had to buy 2 sets but they fit fine. Have been picking corn with it the last 3 years and it runs like a top. I'm afraid diesel rings and pistons aren't out there. I have a Commander waiting on a rebuild that I'm afraid will need pistons but not sure what I'm going to do yet
