Tool for large slotted plugs?

Hello,
I did a lot of Googling but I must not be using the right words. What's the tool called that's commonly used to tighten (or remove) the large slotted plugs on a tractor, like the ones below? I've tried using the widest flathead screwdriver I have but it's not nearly wide enough. Thanks.

Try an impact driver with the right bit. Make sure its set to turn in the right direction. Sometimes they work good just turning by hand.

Shaun & riveroadrat,
Thanks for the info. What did Ford use to install these plugs? I just figured there was some extra-wide-tip screwdriver with a different name.

I bought a giant screwdriver about 3 ft long with a clear red handle a few years back. I use it every now and then, its about the right size for those screws. Those hand impact drivers will take things out that seem impossible.

I have one too. IIRC, I bought it from J. C. Whitney.

These days, I use it mostly to break up salt bridges in my water softeners. Works great.

I bought a drag link socket at Northern Tool a few years back the first time I adjusted the bands on my '73 S-O-S 4000. Before that I used the biggest screwdriver I had which is pretty big, but mine is only about 2 feet long (not that size matters, at least according to my wife).
