1971 Ford 3000 3pt Doesn't Work Right

Working on a 1971 Ford 3000 with a 3pt that doesn't work right. It'll lift the arms about an inch or two but then stop. Hydraulics work great and test out around 2500
psi, so the pump is good. Had the top cover off, and everything looks nice, filters are clean, almost no sludge, and the oil was decent too. Cylinder looks good with no
scoring. I went through every check valve and safety valve to make sure there wasn't any debris in them. I put the top cover back on, and its still having the same
issue. Those two inches that it does raise, are fast, and not sluggish or anything. So now what?? I was assuming something is out of adjustment, but no matter what I
do, they still won't raise properly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you follow all of the linkage adjustment procedures in the service manual when you had the top cover off?

Take the cover back off and check the cam follower pin. I had sorta the same problem on my 640. Check out my pics

My pin was about 1/3 down so I rotated it 180...works good now[/img]

Took the cover back off, cleaned out every hole and oil passage. Also took apart and cleaned out the hydraulic valve on top of the cover. Put it back on and it works
like new. Thanks!
