Ford 5000 remote hydraulics and loader.

Hello everyone. I need your help. I
want to put one set of remote
hydraulics on the back of my 1974 5000
diesel. It has a loader on it too. I
see several different valves on this
site. Which one do I need to supply my
loader valve and also run one set of
remotes. I need the remote to operate a
disc ect... Thank you in advance!
 
Hi Destroyed. The picture shows the
supply to the loader valve. The return
goes right into the rear hydraulic fill
port.

The remote valves replace the small blocking plate just above and rearward from the place where the line for the loader connects to the top cover in your picture, So you should be able to use a remote valve for the rear remote ports and leave the loader configured the way that it is.
 

OK, your using the selector valve (black knob) to supply the loader thru the auxiliary service port, that's a easy and inexpensive way to operate a loader.
Only down side is you can't operate the loader and lift arms at the same time.
You can install a remote valve in place of the block off plate as Sean said and would be able to operate the lift and remotes together, but would still need to use the selector valve to operate the loader.
A power beyond plate fits between the remote valve and the tractor with the loader plumbed to the power beyond plate.
That allows one to use any of the 3 (lift, remotes, loader) at any time without having to use the selector valve.

The remote valve is the pricey part.
On this site for a single remote I like part # DGPNB950S1-Kit, it's the complete kit, valve, handle, hoses, fittings, everything you need to install a remote valve on your tractor. $744.52

Power beyond plate (Tisco # HV4902 or HV5902) cost $60-$100 but can be added later to spread out the cost.
