Turned the sediment bowel around!! Caution!!! Might want to check to see if the cross drilled hole in the bolt is such as not to impede the gas flow down the housing into the sediment bowel.

I have heard about that being a problem before Wayne,
and I don't doubt it being accurate.
Is it possible the aftermarket ones are drilled both ways?
I run mine backwards on my 960, but mine are aftermarket.
I have one of each size for testing.
Makes it easier when I'm testing the carbs that I rebuild.

I have run into this problem, and if memory serves me correctly it was with the 5/16 fuel line. I think it depends who built the sediment bowl assembly
