Pa auction Gold Demo/960/SU

That's about 20 minutes up the road from me. Good thing I've already got plans for Saturday, or I might end up with something I don't really need.

It also lists a 641 and 4500 as well as parts 4000 HD. They're all gassers.

Probably not going. Already have a 960 and gold demo and a bunch of other tractors. I probably wouldn't have posted it if I was going to be bidding, don't need the competition. My friend was there and he called me about so I basically know what's there. Besides I'm on my wife's NO MORE TRACTORS list. I've told her, This will be the last one, for about the last dozen tractors or so and now she's on the warpath. I won't buy another one unless it's something I can live without. Than I'll have to stash it at a friend and bring it home and hide it amoust the other tractors behind the barn when my wife goes to church.
Besides there is a swap meet the same day so I might be able to pick up some tractor parts and have some Hobo stew.

The auction is not too far from me either and I am thinking of going to it. What do you think about the SOS transmission
disclaimer? How can you tell if it is the original SOS or the later version of the SOS? Can they be rebuilt, or replaced, and at
what cost?

Thanks.

In the classic view you can hit my email and I'll give you the info on the gold demo and what to look for. It's likely it's an 871 and the serial number they listed is right at the end of the production run of the gold demo.

I emailed you yesterday with my phone number to tell you what you need to know and what to look for. Did you get it? I've been having problems with my email server. If not send me your number thru this site.
