One end of the steering cylinder connects to the radius rod and the end connects to the drag link, there is no bracket on that model unless it has aftermarket steering or is an industrial model that used a different steering system.
List the numbers from the foil sticker under the hood or the ones stamped into the transmission housing, their located on the flat surface behind the starter.
That will help us better understand what your working with.

Model # C01013C isn't correct
Model # C1013C is for a 3000 all purpose diesel with live pto and 8 spd trans.
Serial # C044585 is for a 65 model not 75
Does it have vented hood panels or smooth side
3000 power steering uses 2 cylinders , one one each side connected to the radius rods and drag links.
Some after market kits use one cylinder on the left side mounted to a bracket that bolted to the engine where it connects to the transmission.

C044585 is not a correct serial number. They started the thousand series US serial numbers in 1965 with C100001. So a serial number starting with C0 was never made.
Also, the model number starts with a letter, which indicates that it was made after 4/1/1968.
The unit number, engine number, trans number, etc. all start with a 4, which says that the tractor was made in a year ending in a 4. The unit number being 4L25B means that it was made on November 25 in a year ending in a 4, so it is most likely a late 1974 tractor, and the serial number is most likely C445xxx, which would be a late 1974 serial number.

I stand corrected. Seen all the zeros for the beginning 65 models and missed the 1
The 0 in the serial number is probably like the 0 in the model number, it doesn't belong there.

Are you talking about the power steering ball joints on the end of the steering cylinders.
