My lift on my NAA is starting to act up. If I start the engine with the lift in the up position and the implement is down, it functions correctly. When I lower it, it takes forever for it to raise again. I have had the lift rebuilt about 16 years ago, and just rebuilt the pump including a shaft seal. Any ideas?
