Does a 641 have a dual stage engine clutch? The one you push half way down to stop tractor all the way to disengage PTO.

Dual clutch setup for PTO is called live PTO. Non-live PTO (single clutch controlled transmission and PTO) is called transmission driven PTO. The middle digit of the model number tells you which transmission and PTO option it has. The 4 speed transmission was only available with trans driven PTO.

x4x (640/641/840/841/etc.) - 4 speed and trans PTO
x5x (650/651/850/851/etc.) - 5 speed and trans PTO
x6x (660/661/860/861/etc.) - 5 speed and live PTO
