If there is an air lock in the hydraulic system, is there a place to bleed the air out. There is a quick connect on the hydraulic dump .
Any help will be gladly appreciated. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my yesterdays tractor friends and helpers.

As riveroadrat said, what model tractor is it and what are your symptoms?

Also not sure what you mean by this:

There is a quick connect on the hydraulic dump

When you are unsure of the proper terminology, posting pictures helps us figure out what you're saying.

I have a Ford Jubilee. I think there is an air lock because the loader went up and down three times and then it would not come up at all. The three point hitch goes 1/2 way up and goes down almost all the way and it come up again. it travels up and down. I recently put a drain dump hydraulic hose in the top of the hydraulic fill cap and it has a quick connect but I don't know if that is the problem or air lock or what.

Like the others, I'm having a hard time trying to decipher what you're saying, however one thing I honed in on is the fact that you recently put "something" in the reservoir fill cap. If true, you likely blocked off the only vent that system has, which will cause a vacuum lock on the system as the cylinders go up and the oil level goes down. Stated another way, vacuum in the reservoir will starve the pump for oil and make things slow down and stop.

Try removing this recent attachment of yours and see if your problem goes away. Please report back.

Merry Christmas!

If you just put the loader on, you probably emptied the hydraulic reservoir filling the loader cylinders. Check your oil level. What type of loader?
