Drain and fill locations for 641 workmaster hydraulics

I?m wanting to drain and refill my hydraulic fluid in my 641 I recently bought.

Can someone please tell me where the drain plug is for the hydraulic system and also where to fill it?

Also SPECIFICALLY what fluid type should I use?

Thanks very much

The drain is (should be) a square-headed plug on the underside, pretty much directly below the seat. The first plug behind the bellhousing will drain your transmission; the one furthest back will drain the rear axle. The fill for the hydraulics is under the seat, on the left side if I remember right. Use New Holland 134D hydraulic oil or a 'UTF' (universal tractor fluid) hydraulic oil that meets 134D specs. Commonly available from CarQuest, O'Rielley's, and even Walmart.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to also change the oil in the transmission and rear end, since this is a new-to-you tractor and you may not know its prior maintenance. Also, it's common for the seals between the three sumps to leak after all these years, so your fresh hydraulic oil could be contaminated by old oil from the other sumps. Because of the potential for those leaks, the current recommendation is to use the 134D oil in all three sumps.
