1954 Jubilee Oil

Just put rings bearings in the motor. No work on the cam. New oil pump. With a drill there is 30 lbs of oil pressure. No oil flow to the rockers. If we put pressure at the port where oil goes to the top of the motor oil and then air will come out the oil pump. Same thing if we put pressure to the port for the gauge. But no oil to the port that feeds the top of the motor but 30 lbs on the gauge. Confused.

there are holes in the cam that must line up to get oil up there--as the engine turns over the oil goes through the holes--it controls
the oil flow to the top--turn motor by hand while running the drill you will get oil
